What is Nuad Boran (Traditional Thai Massage)?
Life Energy
Nuad Boran brings balance to the “Sen” or Energy Lines running throughout the body and restores the smooth flow of “Qi” or life energy. The slow, gentle process of removing blockages in the Sen Lines releases tension from the body, and the client experiences a deep sense of relaxation as if their whole body is opening up.
Nuad Boran 5 Step
Step.01
First, fill out the intake form to let us know your current condition and which parts of the body you feel may need more attention. You can also discuss your needs and focus with your therapist before the session.
Step.02
In Nuad Boran, sometimes refereed to as“yoga for two,” the therapist gently brings the client’s body into yoga-like stretching movements, which stimulates the muscles that are infrequently used and improves the blood circulation.
Step.03
If you spend hours working at the computer every day, your shoulders and upper arms most likely need more attention. The therapist will work on those areas to improve circulation and release the accumulated tension and fatigue.
Step.04
The muscles that are not usually exercised become stiff. The therapist will apply some twisting and stretching movements to relax those areas. You will feel refreshed and recharged.
Step.05
The therapist will then stretch your lower back, releasing the stress and tension collected in the area. You may even feel taller as your back straightens up.

In each session, the therapist chooses the best techniques among over 250 and creates a flow uniquely customized to the client’s needs and condition of the day.
We also provide optional menus based on our deep knowledge and experience. Feel free to add any of them to your selected menu to create your own package.
All sessions are offered in comfortable private rooms. Enjoy the most blissful, relaxing experience in the tranquil space, completed with soft, ambient lighting and calming aroma.
We charge extra ￥1,050 for men for extra oil.
All oil massage treatments are provided by a female therapist.
